1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside. Mix wet ingredients in a separate mixing bowl. Fold wet ingredients into the dry ingredients (don’t overmix). Pour batter onto heated pan (6-inch pancakes are a good, easy-to-flip size). Cook on each side until lightly brown. 

  2. Delicious chocolate option: Pour half amount of pancake batter onto pan, sprinkle dark chocolate chips onto pancake then spoon additional batter to cover the chips. Cook on each side until lightly brown.
