Spritz Cookies

In the spirit of sharing a cherished family tradition, this cookie recipe comes courtesy of Marie Hendrickson, our lead photographer Jim Klousia’s grandmother.

Recipe Detail Serves: 36 15 Minutes Prep Time, 10 Minutes (per batch) Cook Time

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.

  2. Beat in egg and vanilla.

  3. Slowly add flour, baking powder and salt.

  4. Roll and slice dough or use a cookie press on a parchment lined cookie sheet.

  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Recipe makes approximately 6 dozen cookies.
