Directions

  1. Combine chopped strawberries and maple syrup in a bowl; stir well and let stand 30 minutes or longer. 

  2. Puree maple-strawberry mixture with a stick blender or food processor. 

  3. Cut a slice into each whole strawberry from its bottom tip to near the stem.

  4. To serve, divide Prosecco among 6 champagne flutes and briefly stir 2 tablespoons puree into each glass. Anchor a cut strawberry onto the lip of each glass and serve.
