Roth Cheese & Friends Holiday Workshop: Building Beautiful Boards

We’re hosting our third annual virtual cheese board party this winter! Join Edible Madison, Roth Cheese, Niman Ranch and Brian Johnson of Cheesers to learn how to build beautiful and delicious holiday cheese boards, perfect for the season.

With each $40 ticket, you’ll receive:

• A link for the virtual cheese board workshop
• A festive holiday kit featuring three Roth cheese and Niman Ranch charcuterie along with local condiments and accompaniments to build a board to serve four

The kit will feature an array of local products including three favorite Roth cheeses, Niman Ranch charcuterie, and special local condiments and accompaniments from our friends at Blue Violet Jams & Jellies, Fortune Favors, Pasture and Plenty, Tricky Foods and more.

Kits are available for local pick-up in Madison or can be shipped for $20. Ring in the holiday season by sending a kit to out-of-town family or gathering friends around the kitchen for the workshop.

For shipped kits, order by November 27 to ensure arrival by the workshop day. Pick-up available December 1 at 2pm through December 7th at Pasture and Plenty (2433 University Ave.)
