Details
Sage is a must in a home herb garden, whether in the backyard or on the countertop. There’s green garden sage; purple sage; tricolor sage which is green, white and pink; and golden sage with green and gold. The green variety is best in cooking, however, with a slight spice and antiseptic scent. Sage is best dried as its flavors and aroma intensify.
