Campo di Bella Vermouth Spritzer

This refreshing spritzer from Marc Bellazzini features their Campo di Bella Vermouth, a sweet rose vermouth made from local Wisconsin grapes and fortified with Michigan brandy and mulled spices.

Ingredients

2 oz Campo di Bella Sweet Vermouth, chilled

5 oz San Pellegrino seltzer water

sprig of mint

ice ( optional)

Directions

Use a scotch glass, pour 4-5 oz cold San Pellegrino seltzer water and then add 2oz pour of Campo's Vermouth.

Add a small sprig of mint for decoration.

Suggestions

Campo di Bella Vermouth can be purchase online from their To Go Store and picked up at the farm in Mount Horeb or during winehouse hours or dinners.
