Curry Yogurt Sauce
This fragrant combination is just the ticket for seared scallops, steamed mussels and grilled fish. It’s also wonderful spooned onto omelets, sautéed chicken or thick-cut tomatoes.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
3/4 tsp. each ground fennel, ground cumin, and curry powder
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
