Garlic Yogurt Sauce
A rich, garlicky addition to our Winter Crudités Platter.
Ingredients
8 garlic cloves, unpeeled
½ cup full-fat Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon kosher salt

In a small skillet, roast the garlic over medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes until the skins are blackened in places. Allow to cool and then peel and roughly chop.

Add the garlic to a small bowl followed by the remaining ingredients. Stir to combine.
