Kickapoo Coffee Vodka Tonic

Prep time: 5 minutes plus 12-24 hours resting time

This unique tonic uses Kickapoo Coffee-infused vodka. Experiment with coffee varieties to taste the different flavors they infuse into the vodka!

Ingredients

1 part ground Kickapoo Coffee, any variety (see serving suggestion)

2 parts of your favorite vodka

Directions

Combine one part ground Kickapoo Coffee with equal parts vodka.

Soak the coffee for 12 to 24 hours, then strain the coffee from the vodka. Reserve the vodka in an airtight container.

To serve, mix 1 part coffee-infused vodka and 2 parts tonic over ice for a delicious Coffee Vodka Tonic.

Suggestions

Neal Olson, director of marketing for Kickapoo Coffee, recommends using brighter, more citrus-forward coffees like their Organic Ethiopian, Idido or Hama. But feel free to experiment with coffees from different origins!
