Are you still feeling the holiday buzz from Wisconsin cheese mania? Or do you need a bit of inspiration? Check out the winter issue of Grate. Pair. Share. – an online quarterly magazine filled with recipes and tips on cooking and entertaining with Wisconsin cheese produced by the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board. Try the recipe for “Championship Roasted Jalapeno and Pancetta Four Cheese Macaroni,” the winning entry in the Milwaukee Mac and Cheeze Takedown event. You’ll also find tips from Jonny Hunter of Underground Food Collective on how to assemble a cheese and charcuterie platter (like the gorgeous one shown here). Last, but certainly not least, there are recipes for pie crust and four different pies from Jill Long and Shelly Cross, owners of Humble in Madison.
