Black Raspberry Cheesecake Shake
Purple milkshakes! What could be more fun? Super fresh. Super refreshing. And with frozen berries, you can enjoy one at any time of year.
Ingredients
1 cup frozen black raspberries, thawed
3/4 cup milk
3 Tbsp. cream cheese, softened
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup vanilla frozen custard
Directions

Place berries, milk, cream cheese and vanilla in the blending container of an immersion blender (or regular blender). Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Add frozen custard; use an up-and-down motion to blend mixture until smooth. Serve up.
Suggestions
If you’re multiplying this recipe, use a stand-up blender to make the shakes.
