Blue Cheese Honey Pecan Crostini

Ingredients
1 baguette, sliced crosswise into 1 inch slices
2 tbsp. olive or local sunflower oil
6 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
½ cup pecans, toasted and coarsely chopped
½ cup plus 2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. fresh rosemary, coarsely chopped; leave some whole for garnish
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat broiler and position oven rack about 6 inches below broiler.
Lay baguette slices out on a cookie sheet and drizzle with oil.
In a small bowl, mix cheese, pecans, honey, and chopped rosemary with a fork, leaving cheese chunky.
Spoon evenly over baguette slices and place under broiler for about 3 minutes until cheese mixture starts to brown.
Remove, garnish with rosemary leaves and sprinkle with pepper. Serve warm.
