London Fog

Erin Ulrich of Telsaan Tea shares this simple yet cozy recipe for a London Fog to accompany the Spring Blini Brunch Board.
Ingredients
8 oz almost boiling water (201 degrees F)
2 teaspoons earl grey tea or earl grey tea with lavender
8 oz warm milk (155 degrees F)
1 teaspoon honey, or more to taste
Splash of vanilla, optional
Directions

Steep the tea in the boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. Whisk or foam the milk with the honey and vanilla. Pour together and stir. Serve warm.
