Ingredients

1 tbsp. dried nettle leaf
1 tbsp. dried mint leaf (any variety)

Directions

Steep in glass jar with near boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes.

Strain and add honey or maple syrup to taste (optional).

Enjoy hot or cold.
