Wild Ramp Marinade for Grilled Meats

Ingredients
⅓ cup olive oil
1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
⅓ cup tamari
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tsp. chipotle peppers, diced (or more for a strong tongue)
¾ cup wild ramps, diced
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. ginger root, grated
Freshly ground pepper
Directions

Whisk together all ingredients in a shallow container. Marinate your favorite meat and grill to your liking.
