The Sugar Jack
Brandy adds a kick and cider adds fizz.
Ingredients
1 brown sugar cube
Bitters*
1/2 oz. applejack or calvados (or your favorite brandy)
4 oz. Restoration Cider Sugar River
Orange twist for garnish
Directions

Drop sugar cube into a champagne flute and saturate with bitters. Pour in brandy, then cider, and give a gentle stir. Garnish with orange twist.
Suggestions
*Peychaud’s is preferred but Angostura is acceptable.
