Join Us for a Cassoulet Dinner Dec. 8

On Saturday, Dec. 8, Rooted Spoon Culinary and Edible Madison are hosting a family-style cassoulet dinner. Dessert is included. There will be a paired wine bottle special and cash bar. Vegetarian option is available upon request.

Cassoulet is a classic, hearty French bean stew with duck, chicken, lamb and pork. To learn more about it, read "Cassoulet: The Quilt of Cooking" from the fall issue of Edible Madison.
