1 orange, quartered
24 whole cloves
1 cup cherry juice
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 cinnamon stick, broken
A few grates of fresh nutmeg
1 bottle (750 ml.) port

1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Stud orange quarters evenly with whole cloves. Roast for 20 minutes. Your home will smell amazing.

2

In a medium pot, bring cherry juice, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg to a gentle simmer, stirring to combine.

3

Drop in oranges, lightly smashing to release some orange juice.

4

Reduce heat to lowest setting and add port. Heat gently until warm. Strain into a punch bowl.

5
